*Every effort will be made to keep to the scheduled departure and return dates, however all flights are subject to weather, aircraft serviceability and local conditions.
For the entry fee of $21,000USD ($19,800USD if make one time full payment), Runbuk, Inc. will provide:
1. Entry to the race of your choice.
2. Race briefing in Cape Town, South Africa.
3. Round trip flights between Cape Town to Antarctica.
4. Airport transfers in Cape Town for the Antarctic flight.
5. Meals and accommodation in Antarctica.
6. Baggage allowance of up to 50lbs (23kg) on the Antarctica flight.
7. Medal, t-shirts, patches and other race souvenirs.
8. Professional photos and videos for personal use (and local publication).
Option 1: Full payment of $19,800 USD at registration to secure your place.
Option 2: Installment plan:
· $7,000 USD deposit to reserve your place
· $7,000 USD due by December 1, 2026
· Remaining $7,000 USD due by May 1, 2027
