*Every effort will be made to keep to the scheduled departure and return date, but all flights are subject to weather, aircraft serviceability and local conditions.
For the entry fee of $19,500USD ($18,500USD per person if sign up as a team), Runbuk, Inc. will provide:
1. Entry to your race of choice.
2. Race briefing in Cape Town, South Africa.
3. Round trip flights from Cape Town to Antarctica.
4. Transfers to and from Cape Town airport for Antarctic flight.
5. Meals and tented accommodation while in Antarctica.
6. A Baggage allowance of up to 50lbs (23kg) on Antarctica flight.
7. Medal, t-shirts, patches and other souvenirs of the race.
8. Professional photos for personal use (and local publication).
Full payment of $19,500USD ($18,500USD for team member) to firmly secure place will be accepted on initial registration. Alternatively, a $6,500 deposit to reserve a place will be accepted. This deposit should be followed by an additional installment payment of $6,500 payable by May 1st, 2024. The remaining $6,500 ($5,500 for team member) necessary for full payment should be received by July 1st, 2024.
